Strategy
We divided potential website visitors into target groups for the effectiveness of the content strategy and promotion.

We researched competitors to create brand uniqueness online through the formation of a unique selling proposition (USP).

We developed a content plan with an emphasis on the convenience and quality of the platform for introducing different animal breeds.

We defined a 'brand voice' to enhance audience engagement and loyalty.

We selected promotional directions and created a specific action plan.
Production
We demonstrated that with one well-planned shoot, it is possible to create photo and video content for several months ahead. To achieve this, we engaged 2 photographers, videographers, and 2 partner brands for content diversity and budget allocation during the shoot. We featured 11 animal breeds and 4 models, including adults and children.

We completely refreshed the brand's visual identity on Instagram, replaced the brand colors, made the content diverse, lively, and concise, and moved away from using templates, watermarks, and identical photos. We transitioned from the "animal catalog" format to a friendly account format that highlights the importance of having pets at home through themes of family, care, and joyful moments together
