In 2018, we began collaborating on building and monetizing the Art.Of.Career blog. Through a series of personal consultations, we developed a positioning strategy, defined a content strategy, and identified advertising integration options and other methods for audience engagement. One of the key objectives was also to assist the Art.Of.Career project in forming a team to enhance the online school.
During the development of the blog and the creation of the course, we implemented targeted advertising, which became the foundation for promoting the blog, courses, and other informational products.

The achievements of the Art.Of.Career project during our collaboration include growing the account from 500 friends and acquaintances to 50,000 targeted followers, launching and promoting informational products and courses in specialized fields, and most importantly, the success of these launches.

Consulting
Ekaterina sought consultation when she was a beginner blogger. At that time, the account had just over 500 subscribers and was not monetized. During our initial consultations, we established the goals and directions for the blog, defined the stylistic approach and positioning, and began developing a content plan.

Once the account was well-packaged and publication consistency was established, we moved on to 'online advertising,' where we developed the steps for working with targeted advertising and influencers. Next, we identified the key tasks for each direction and the specialists needed to implement them. Based on these directions, Katya built her team, which continues to work effectively on the blog's development.
Motion design
We created creatives aimed at motivating subscriptions to the blog and encouraging visits to the website to learn about the courses, as well as purchasing these courses.
Traffic
We pursued the following advertising goals: to increase and retain the blog's audience, to develop an active community on the A rt.Of.Career account, and to attract people to enroll in the courses. The priority of tasks changed depending on the frequency of launches. We strengthened advertising efforts for the account when there were no course launches to clarify the essence of the project and build trust in the products, while also gathering the blog's audience for retargeting. During launch months, we intensified warm-up campaigns, reminded the audience about the course launch, and drove traffic to the website.
